What is Rubberized Gel Foam-
"Rubberized Gel Foam", an exclusive material, is developed by Geltec. To keep the key character of shock absorption and soft of Solid PU Gel material, we change the original property of PU gel, add rubber property, reinforce tensile and tear strength, make the transformation after squeezing and re-form it to be closed cell structure foam. This material of "Rubberized Gel Foam" compared with solid PU gel, is disclosed the excellent feature of non-slip, light weight and low cost. Moreover, the close cell structure generates the rubberized gel foam to have character of water and oil resistance.

What is Gel Sheet
Gel Sheet is made of PU Gel, an ECO-FRIENDLY and RECYCLED material, which is usually used to different developments with shock absorbent purpose because of its essential feature. Moreover, the soft and cool characteristics bring gel sheet comfortable feeling for users. The transparency, hardness, color, and size of gel sheet are also available to different projects upon the purpose. For the material application, Geltec develops gel sheet to various products in seat cushions, mattresses, and pillows as the COOL and SOFT topper layer. And also, it is manufactured to the products for medical usage such as gel positioners and wheelchair seat cushions under the special formation and processing methods.

An innovation design of the mattress and seat cushion is constructed by “Hexagonal Cells” technology focus on softness, good air-ventilation, heat reduction, and moisture evaporation.
