Capacity expansion for Functional Mat Series

Due to COVID-19, people avoid going to gyms and the home exercise is booming, which has brought large demand for home exercise equipment and accessories. Since our first launch of Functional Mat Lite in 2020, we have received many repeat orders of full container qty from each of our customers in the past half of year. The market response is very positive and enthusiastic, which is out of the expectation. We have done an internal analysis on the good response, and it shows the following merits that makes us different from other yoga/exercise mats:

·The mat includes antibacterial formula and the effect is permanent, which is a good selling point because of the pandemic.
·The modified formula of Functional Mat-Lite is high quality, outstanding cushioning performance, and more durable.
·It's a single material with homogeneous closed-cell foam structure with bevel edges, which not only has a unique sense of beauty and style, but also is easy to clean up.
·The horizontal ribbed texture on top and bottom surfaces of mat enhances the conformity to floor surfaces and the non-slip properties.
·Flexible in sizing options especially for large exercise mats.

In order to meet the increasing orders for Functional Mat Series, Geltec expands production capacity of Functional Mat Series actively in 2021 and builds the automatic packaging process as well to reach a monthly shipping volume of 8 containers.
