ESD Anti-fatigue Mat

The material used in our ESD anti-fatigue mats is Rubberized Gel Foam, which is a specialized material developed to provide superior comfort and relief for prolonged standing. In general, soft foam materials can more easily achieve stable static dissipative performance. However, maintaining both softness and cushioning while achieving stable conductive performance presents a significantly higher technical challenge. Through continuous formulation optimization and technological breakthroughs, our Rubberized Gel Foam has successfully achieved a Conductive grade, enabling the ESD mat to be applied in a wider range of high-demand working environments.

To meet different ESD control requirements, our ESD Anti-fatigue Mats are available in both Static Dissipative and Conductive options.
