Modular Anti-fatigue Flooring Tiles
To improve installation efficiency and provide greater flexibility for customers, our anti-fatigue mats are developed with a modular design to meet the needs of complete anti-fatigue flooring installations. The system features a Mix-and-Match Modular Solution, offering modules in different surface materials and hardness levels. This allows flexible configurations to suit the required support and anti-fatigue performance of each area, creating flooring system tailored to various workspace layouts and functional needs.
Our modular tiles are designed with a dual-layer construction with a recycled rubber foam base, providing reliable comfort and cushioning while supporting sustainable applications. Its patented corner-interlocking structure and a beveled overlapping connection design ensures a stable and seamless surface that remains flat without curling or separation after installation.
In addition, the beveled overlapping structure plays a key role in enhancing durability by effectively dispersing applied forces. This design allows pressure to be distributed evenly across the surface, preventing localized collapse or deformation during prolonged use and ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding work environments. For easier installation, the modules are equipped with pressure-sensitive adhesive on the beveled edges, enabling secure, tool-free installation, and can be easily expanded or reconfigured to adapt to changing workspace requirements.
